At Mayika by Mansi Gupta, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will typically reach you within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below this amount.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Email us at mayikabymansi@gmail.com or WhatsApp (+91) 8178881923 with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the pickup process or provide the return shipping address if self-shipping is required.
- Once the item passes our quality check, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Refund Process
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after quality approval.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Requests
- Exchanges can be made for a different size or product of equal value (subject to availability).
- If the desired item is unavailable, you can opt for a refund or store credit.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
